The distinctive elliptical shape of the building comprises exclusive high-end residences in 7 blocks over 9 floors including Duplex Penthouses with 245 high end apartment units. The retail component, the Doha Oasis Boutique, comprises 3 (three) levels of the podium with 2 (two) floors having uninterrupted views of the Themed Experience Centre. The boutique also hosts an exclusive complex of cutting edge and VIP cinemas. A 29 floor tower houses the ultra-luxury 7star hotel, LA CIGALE MUSHEIREB with 7 (seven) restaurants and a business centre.
The “Jewel in the Crown” is the development of the 27,500m2 Themed Experience Centre (TEC) in the heart of the development. Unique to the development is the 2 (two) glass towers rising from the landscaped courtyard that houses 2 (two) of the major rides. In support of the ultra-luxury 7 star hotel, an outline concept has been developed for a high end exclusive spa, adjacent to the hotel tower.
Residential Building: Composed of 14 Blocks (with separate Entrances, Staircases & Lifts) of 9 floors each with the top 2 floors designed as penthouses, proposes 245 high end apartment units varying in size from two bedroom flats to four bedroom duplexes.
Retail: Spreads on the peripheral areas of the two top floors of the podium with uninterrupted view of the theme park in addition to one anchor store extending to the ground floor level. The retail is accessed from the ground floor and basement levels 1, 2 & 3.
Theme Park: The Theme Park occupies the Central Area of the Podium at ground level and is covered by steel dome ensuring a clear height of eighteen meters, supporting the landscape garden, and is penetrated by skylights. The Theme Park expands as well into the peripheral areas of the Ground Floor level to accommodate a total of twenty six or more different rides and attractions.
Hotel Tower: A 7 stars hotel is designed to fit in the standalone ground floor plus twenty eight floors glass tower accommodating one hundred thirty three guest suites, six restaurants on the lower floors and one sky view restaurant on the roof, a gymnasium including an indoor pool and a business center. The sky with an operable glass roof providing shading and protection from the weather conditions. Two technical floors are located on top of the mezzanine level and between the 28th floor and the sky view restaurant.
The Basements: Provide parking spaces for all the project components along with storage rooms, technical spaces and other facilities. A 36MW primary sub-station and a chillers plant to serve the whole project are located in the basement levels (over three and four levels). The basements are served by several ramps from the three main roads surrounding the site.
